Repair real vehicles.
Build the future of vehicle service.

As an AMPS programme technician you carry out real repair, maintenance and service work at service sites in the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Germany, and document your work with tablet, phone and smart glasses. You grow with the programme into digital tools, EV, ADAS, insight and automation. AutoMPS LLP employs you; your local AMPS team helps you travel, settle in and feel at home.

The role

Programme technician in a aftersales transformation programme.

Each AMPS programme has a defined scope, milestones and an AMPS team lead. Your job has two parts: do good repair, maintenance and service work, and help the service floor modernise by documenting the work and working with new tools as they arrive.

Repair real vehicles Service, diagnostics, EV, tyres, body or heavy-vehicle work in the repair areas agreed for the programme.
Document the work Smart glasses record hand-eye movements while you work; the tablet logs repair times, tools, key moments and decision paths.
Trained in anonymisation You learn what may be recorded, and recordings are anonymised before processing: people, number plates and customer information are removed.
Build the future of repair Your work becomes insight that helps aftersales operations modernise, step by step towards automation.
